We partnered with a London-based high-end residential developer to secure a business-critical hire: a Head of Architecture to lead the business through a critical project at an exciting growth phase.
Working closely with the founder, we mapped the full market, built a considered shortlist of senior candidates, and managed a focused interview process, delivering the right appointment within 8 weeks.
Talent Acquisition:
Software & Language Specific
We were tasked by an AJ100 Architecture practice to source a person with a very specific skillset: A German Speaking Technician, fluent in Revit and able to travel to a Swiss-based project.
We lent on our network of contacts, had conversations with trusted personnel across the industry alongside conducting cold outreach.
Within weeks a suitable candidate was sources, vetted and presented. Two meetings followed before an offer was made with the candidate starting just 7 weeks after the brief was taken
